What is Wastewater Cloud?
Wastewater Cloud is a web-based platform that lets you monitor and manage your domestic wastewater treatment plant remotely. When your Treatment Tech controller is fitted with a Wi-Fi module and connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network, it communicates directly with the Wastewater Cloud server. You can then check on your system’s status from any device with an internet connection, whether that’s your phone, tablet, or PC.
If something goes wrong, Wastewater Cloud can send you (and/or your service provider) an email alert with the specific fault details. No more relying on a siren you might not hear, and no more guessing what the problem is before calling a technician.

Getting Started
Getting set up with Wastewater Cloud is simple. If you have a Treatment Tech controller with the Wi-Fi module fitted (standard on the FLEX, optional on the BASIC), connect it to your home Wi-Fi network and scan the QR code on the controller. This will guide you through creating an account and claiming your plant. Your service technician can also set this up for you during installation or a service visit.
