It combines robust, certified hardware controllers with intuitive embedded software and the Wastewater Cloud platform — a remote monitoring solution that gives service agents and operators real-time visibility of system performance from anywhere.
The product range includes:
- FLEX Wastewater Treatment Controller: The most versatile unit in the range. Compatible with a wide variety of domestic treatment systems including Ozzi Kleen (MkII, MkIII, MkIV, OK1), Bio Treat, Bio Cycle, Envirocycle, and many more. Features a graphic LCD with an intuitive menu system, four configurable input/output channels, surge protection, and optional WiFi connectivity for Wastewater Cloud integration. Certified and RCM marked. 24-month warranty.
- BASIC Wastewater Treatment Controller: A dependable, straightforward controller for standard domestic applications. Designed for reliability and ease of installation.
- Ancillaries and Accessories: A supporting range of components including remote alarm indicators, decant solenoids, strobes, and float switches — everything needed for a complete installation.
Wastewater Cloud
WiFi-enabled Treatment Tech controllers connect to the Wastewater Cloud platform, providing remote monitoring and diagnostic capability. For homeowners with a compatible system, the platform is available at no cost. For service agents and treatment plant manufacturers, Wastewater Cloud offers a powerful tool for managing multiple sites, reducing unnecessary callouts, and demonstrating compliance. Products can be purchased directly from our online shop, though we recommend purchasing through your service technician to ensure correct installation and configuration for your specific system.

Treatment Tech controllers are built on a proven, certified base architecture that covers the vast majority of domestic wastewater applications. For manufacturers who need a product that carries their own brand, we offer white-labelling and light customisation services.
